Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be added soon.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our wellness products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us and we’ll make it right.

Do you accept cancellations?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will replace your item or issue store credit.

Can I return tea or scent products after opening?

For safety and quality reasons, opened packages cannot be returned or refunded.

Do you offer digital products?

Yes. Digital products such as journals, guides, and audio rituals are delivered instantly via email and can be downloaded at any time.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number.

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
